Location: San Jose, CA (Remote)
Duration: Long Term Key Responsibilities Include: - Drives capability co-design sessions, requirements assessment & evaluate IT solution on quality, and negotiate options
- Aligns with business architecture business rules, policies, critical business decisions, cross-program dependencies, and high-level solution designs
- Evaluate solutions in the light of operational impacts and influence to enhance the quality of capability delivery and stakeholder experience.
- Supports testing strategy and plan, test scenarios (SIT/UAT), and Go/No-Go decision
- Implement and Improve SAAS business processes end to end
- Act as a primary liaison between the DevOps team and the business stakeholders.
- Identify, document, and communicate process changes to users (Support Organization, Change Management)
- Experience in Agile methodologies, working in sprints
- Understanding of Sales Processes, experience interfacing with Sales teams and leadership
- Facilitate requirement sessions with stakeholders/end-users, documenting requirements and user stories
Product Owner Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant product management and Business Analyst experience in SaaS offerings, preferably Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A track record of following through on commitments.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.
- A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
- Familiarity with Cisco technologies is a huge plus
- Experience working in Aha and JIRA is a huge plus
