Title: .NET Developer Location: West bend, WI Duration: Long Term Job Summary: - Collaborate with the product team to Understand the current and future business requirements, objectives, process and workflow
- Support critical business logic across a suite of robust services and scalable data processing jobs.
- Redesign and re-develop the core system proactively to improve maintainability, operation and performance
- Coding of .Net programs, develop SQL procedures and write complex SQL queries
- Analyze, troubleshoot and remediate code and data related issues
- Work independently on assignments, track work items and provide recommendations or decisions needed
- Participate in daily huddle and discuss work items and share status for the work items assigned
- Tracking of root causes, provide resolutions and resolve dependencies with business/other IT stakeholders
- Proactive suggestions to improve the overall platform, API integration and other components
- Strong communication skills, adaptability and a collaborative mindset
- Good understanding of the Object Oriented programming
- Prior experience in support and maintenance of scalable enterprise software solutions
- Proven research, analytical problem solving and debugging skills
- Detail oriented with a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction
- Team player with an emphasis on both knowledge sharing and learning
- Work with APIs
- Comfortable working with engineers that are remote as well as from the local office
- P&C Domain knowledge preferably in Policy Admin area but not mandatory
