Job Description

• Manage day to day changes of custom and standard ETL mappings

• Creates and leads the technical design and development of software solutions

• Responsible for key system design and integration decisions and for communicating decisions to individuals implementing the system.

• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people. • Responsible for ETL development for assigned projects.

• Responsible for timely project deliverables, development lifecycle activities of associate & vendor development resources.

• Collaborates with development teams, requirements teams, and business units to identify, define, develop, and implement ETL code.

• Monitors usage of ETL jobs to identify potential performance issues, overloads, and bottlenecks.

• Assists with tuning of ETL processes and database performance.

• Provides support for technical issues and ensuring system availability.

• Provide functional, technical, and/or process leadership.

• Remains current on ETL technologies, testing industry trends and best practices.

• Identify, recommend and implement ETL process and architecture improvements.

• Manage code reviews, quality assurance and build phase to make sure all requirements, standards are met and ETL architecture is being adhered to.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodology for SDLC. • Strong experience with SQL, API, XML, JSON and CSV

• Strong leadership skills to inspire team confidence and respect, while motivating team members. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related

• Strong and complete understanding of all phases of the software development life cycle and relational database design
