| Title: UX architect Location: 100% Remote Duration: 3+ Month UX Architect Candidates must be able to show/demonstrate thinking, process and work examples. Essential Skills & Qualities - Demonstrable experience working as a UX/UI/Visual designer on digital products and services with a strong portfolio demonstrating experience design thinking and examples of product design work. - Proficient skills in developing user journeys, schematics, wireframes, interface designs and interactive visual prototypes (e.g. Axure, Omnigraffle, Sketch, Adobe Suite, Figma, etc…). - Possess leadership skills to facilitate workshops and drive discovery and ideation sessions designed to solution design. - Strong design skills and eye for detail, with a good understanding of typography, intuitive layouts, palate development, etc… - Experience with different platforms but such as responsive web and app UI design (iOS and Android) - Ability to iterate quickly and refine solutions, while rationalising decisions against business requirements - Experience of working in an Agile/Scrum environment with a focus on fast-paced delivery - Communicate clearly and precisely - Ability to meet strict deadlines, conflicting priorities and to budget - Understanding/skills including HTML / XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, Accessibility - Design processes, agile development and lean UX - Minimum 5 years’ experience (including Senior UX designer, Senior Product designer or UX architect roles) Responsibilities - Plan and run effective meetings/workshops with stakeholders (including remotely) - Plan, conduct, and document research, user interview and user testing. Conducting audience research (interviews, surveys, ethnographic research) and stakeholder engagement activities (interviews, workshops, surveys) to gain a deep appreciation of both user needs and business goals. - Using experience mapping approaches and usability testing to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. - Translating strategic, business, user, stakeholder, technology and data needs into interface and design specifications. - Employing collaborative design and rapid prototyping techniques to develop user experience strategies and interface design concepts including but not limited to detailed annotated wireframes, working UX prototypes - Producing reports and presentations and present to internal stakeholders - Drive testing and validation of proposed designs. Desirable skills Experience in insurance, banking, wealth management, fintech, public sector a plus.
