Required Weblogic Administrator


Role: Weblogic Administrator


Location : Oaks , PA 


Note: Candidate should be fine to relocate and work onsite after 1-2 months. (No 100% remote till Covid) 



The Technical support team is responsible for the overall availability, stability, scalability and security of the messaging platform and it’s suite of products and services.

Support team member is a highly motivated resource focused on working hand-in-hand with other technical support, application support, development support, implementation and service teams.

This role works in a 24/7/365 highly available, on-call environment.


•           Strong fundamental Experience in Linux.

•           Candidate is expected to support Monitoring, troubleshooting on failed messages, basic configuration.

•           Experience in IBM WebSphere MQ environment (Message queue, channels etc.)

•           Experience in WebLogic and Oracle SQL Database.

•           Experience in tools like Jenkins, GIT Hub, Ansible.

•           Automate repeatable tasks using scripting languages like bash, Perl, Python etc.

•           Identify any bottlenecks in the messaging infrastructure (MQ) and provide quick fixes to ensure that the SLA’s are meet and future prevention with a thorough root cause analysis.

•           Good understanding of ITIL concepts like Incident management, change/release management, problem management.

•           Experience in production monitoring & support environment.

•           A fast learner with ability to dive into new products and technologies, develop subject matter expertise and drive projects to completion.

•           A team player with good written and verbal communication skills that can mentor other members in the production support group.

•           Troubleshoot Linux Server performance issues independently and/or in conjunction with other Middleware Engineers and Oracle database administrators.

•           Provide detailed root cause analysis and suggest workarounds and/or solutions for recurring issues.

•           Work independently and collaboratively with other support organizations to troubleshoot system and application issues.

•           Open for 24X7 product support environment oncall environment.

•           Domain knowledge – Banking would be preferred
