- The Project Manager will be responsible to lead a diverse team made up of Corporate International Assignment, Payroll and Vendor project team members.
Technical Skills: Roles and Responsibilities • Demonstrated leadership skills and a proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams, including project management, HR, Payroll, and technical teams. • Excellent written and verbal skills. Ability to effectively communicate progress, status and escalate issues to various audiences including vendors and senior leaders. • Manage day to day project implementation interactions with project team members, key stakeholders, and vendors • Experience in Vendor Management • Runs project meetings, sets agenda, reviews action items and hold with team members accountable to ensure project deliverables are being met • Should have proven Project Management skills • Collaborate with key stakeholders across different teams • Schedule management, Risk management, Budget management, Vendor Management • Meeting facilitation, Should Monitor / track progress • MS Office applications including MS Project • Should be a Single point of contact for the overall project • Communicate project Progress, escalations, issues analysis to all project stakeholders / leadership teams. • Communicates: Provides information to others both internal and external to the organization; represents the organization to customers and other external sources • Monitor and Control Project Work: Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to monitor the progress of the project, identify and quantify variances, perform required corrective actions, and communicate to all stakeholders. • Co-ordination between various stakeholders to ensure smooth deliverables. Good To Have: • Understanding and experience with Global Mobility Operations (International Assignments processing) • Business analyst or technical experience with Global Mobility systems, HR processing, HR systems, etc. O HR Systems: Workday O Global Mobility Vendors: Topia and/or KPMG Link • 7-8 years of project management experience • Major Implementations (8 - 10 months in duration, > 40-50 countries, > 50k employees/users, > 50 integrations (e.g. data feeds; both internal and external) Process Skills: • Agile – Scrum • Experience using task tracking tools such as Jira, ALM or equivalent Behavioral Skills: • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills • Result oriented team player • Good in communication (Oral and written) • Interpersonal skills Certification: • Project Management Professional (PMP) certified preferred. • Agile Certified Practitioner preferred.
