Support cloud servers and environments with installation, configuration, patching, network and AWS, Plugin configurations, backups, system monitoring and alerts. - Application and platform support of Atlassian Products support - Jira, Jira Align, Confluence

RESPONSIBILITIES - Knowledge of operating system administration

- Deep knowledge of DevOps technologies
- Deployment, automation, management, and maintenance of AWS cloud-based production system.
- Deep understanding of how to design, develop and build secure infrastructure for critical systems
- Cloud Technologies; Azure, AWS, Atlassian Tools, CI/CD pipelines, etc.
- Troubleshooting (Network, firewall, DB, Client, etc. issues)
- Creating documentation and run books for Knowledge Transfer
- New/Future Technologies and Enhancements (Application support for Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, GitLab and Jenkins)
- Supporting User Access requests and setting up workflows in projects
- Work with other MTAIT Teams as needed (Network, Security, Application Developers, etc.)
- Qualifications EXPERIENCE & eDUCATION
- 6+ years of consulting experience designing and delivering infrastructure solutions .
- Experience in provisioning, operations, and management of AWS environments.
- Ensuring availability, performance, security, and scalability of AWS production systems .
- Management of creation, release, and configuration of production systems.
- Evaluation of new technology alternatives and vendor products.
- System troubleshooting and problem resolution across various application domains and platforms.
- Pre-production acceptance testing for quality assurance.
- Provision of critical system security by leveraging best practices and prolific cloud security solutions.
- Providing recommendations for architecture and process improvements.
- Definition and deployment of systems for metrics, logging, and monitoring on AWS platform.
- Designing, maintenance and management of tools for automation of different operational processes.
- Good to have knowledge of Middleware technologies
- Experience in working on Windows platforms
- Ability to work side by side with another vendor to deliver the best services to MTA clients
- Evaluates current procedures and processes for accomplishing objectives and continuously develops and implements improved practices
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools and plugins
- Excellent inter-personal skills including the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization
