• Someone who has the willlingness and energetic to have 10.5 days in meetings 
• Excellent communication with leadership and stakeholders 
• Will be working a Biz Manager to various stakeholders collabortive in nature 
• Excellent skills on status reports , project plans , change requests - communicate , educate leadership 
• Will play as Proxy to customer sales team so will be a liason - strong communication from this perspective as well . 
• Multi tasker 
• Will be working on Case management - They use Service now - exp managing service now project will be a big plus 
• Will be working with Change managers , Product Managers , Engineering teams so prior exp working with these stakeholders imp 

This is a very high perf , high demanding team - someone who can thrive in this environment

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience as a fulltime Sr. program manager leading large global initiatives
• Experience leading multiple partners involved in solving sophisticated problems using Agile methodologies that includes managing complex IT programs with a significant IT development effort, via a development core team member.  Technical subject matter experience not required.  Experience should include managing teams through development, End-to-End testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release to production and post release support.  Experience with the requirements definition process a definite plus
• Extraordinary Cross-functional collaborator; Inventive problem-solver who can lead key partners to tackle business problems, beyond assigning tasks and taking minutes
• High attention to detail; Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to present at all level
• Is a motivated, self-starter, who is able to make progress quickly even when there is ambiguity
• Must have the ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic, demanding and fluid environment and maintain a can-do demeanor.
• Commanding knowledge of various project and process applications (i.e. SharePoint, Jira, Smartsheet, Visio).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• Certification in project/program management (e.g., Project Management Institute's PMP) desired.
