Job Descrption: 

a member of the Planning, Governance & Delivery (PGD) group, the IT Program Manager/Scrum Master DPaaS will be responsible for collaborating with cross functional teams to drive successful execution & completion of programs.  He/she will be playing dual role of IT Project/Program Management & scrum master to successfully execute project deliveries & business operations.
 
DPaaS, Data and Platform as a Service is a key multi-year strategic initiative for IT and the IDS team. DPaaS program will scale and accelerate Adobe's data-driven operations by enabling an ecosystem of data & analytics practitioners with the platforms, tools and operating frameworks that advance innovation, efficiency, sharing, security, and trust in data. This person will be managing the Data Marts & Data Model and Data Integration Streaming track product deliveries.  This will require coordination, tracking and communications with multiple teams at Adobe

Must Have 
·         Program/Project management experience with certified scrum master certification using a formal methodology including Agile, scrum, Waterfall 
·         At least 5 Years of as a Project/program Manager or Scrum Master managing 2-3 scrum team & preforming effectively all the scrum ceremonies 
·         Create project plans which includes scope, schedule, cost, quality, organization, communication, staffing, risk and issue management 
·         Ability to multi-task between concurrent assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles; works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment  
·         Creative and proactive problem solver self-motivated with ability to work well in teams and cross-departments 
·         Ability to maintain calm and to lead a team though uncharted territory

Nice to Have 
·         Exposure to SharePoint, JIRA and MS Office tools  
·         PMP Certification with 1-2 years of working experience as Business Analyst or Developer  
·         Knowledge in big data, data & analytics, Hadoop, SQL, BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Metrics Insight etc.), streaming technologies. 
·         Impact and influence – In times of high pressure, you listen to different perspectives, evaluate, persuade and carefully shape team's work to deliver truly impactful results 
·         Experience with transitioning a team to product-led thinking
·         Commitment to efficiency: keeping costs inline, and security compliance (guidelines and reviews, for example)
·         Experience with financial forecasting
