Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- As a member of the development team, participate in building out the Salesforce Experience Cloud and continued expansion of our CRM (FSC).
- Enhance, manage, and build API integrations between Salesforce and other platforms, including: our proprietary Loan Origination System, various lead aggregators, jira, google analytics, etc.
- Implement various system enhancements; build out flows and implement triggers as per business requirements.
- Participate in sprint planning / backlog refinement sessions, daily scrum calls, and other technical meetings.
- Update Jira on assigned issues to facilitate clear communication across team members.
- The candidate must possess good communication and interpersonal skills as well as attention to detail.

- Salesforce Products: Salesforce Lightning Experience, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Maps, High Velocity Sales, Inbox with Einstein Activity Capture, Community Portal
