Technical/Functional Skills:

Cisco UCCE (Unified Contact Center Enterprise), Voice Products – ICM, CVP, CUCM, rGain Reporting and Cisco Finesse

 

Roles and Responsibility

•                     Experience performing Cisco ICM Script Design and Deployment

•                     Ability to troubleshoot UCCE Issues including scripting, reading logs, pulling logs from server platform

•                     Expert understanding of the following Cisco Unified Communication Products – Cisco Contact Center (UCCE) Technologies, CVP, ICM, CUCM

•                     Expert understanding of rGain reporting and Cisco Finesse

 

Few Pointers

·         Someone who is already proficient in Cisco Script Editor and can do script changes. 

·         Eill not need people who are skilled in configuration manager as well as infrastructure management as we do not have access to those components. 

·         Do not want to train someone on Cisco script editor as we have people on our side that can be trained from the beginning.  Instead, we need people who already have the Cisco application background and if possible someone with eGain knowledge.
