| Role: Sr Front End Software Developer LOC-REMOTE ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Working with clients to develop the overall look and design of an application or Website Produce, maintain and modify user applications using React framework – React, React-Router, React-Redux, React-Saga, React testing library, JavaScript, Typescript, Material UI, Axios, Jest • Incorporating applications, graphics, audio and video clips into applications or Websites. • Creating tools that enhance the user’s experience. • Ensuring accessibility across many platforms, including laptops and smartphones. • Testing for ease of use, speed and other quality factors. • Fixing any issues or bugs that arise. • Work closely with the backend developers to design the best possible solution. • Provide technical subject matter expertise to software development teams responsible for system designs. • Coordinate with teams across the enterprise to create a similar look and feel. • Consider security upfront for a secure user experience. • Responsible for quality control of all development deliverables. • Develop, maintain and implement standards and methodologies for software development. • Responsible for interpreting user requirements to design and application teams. • Estimate development effort in support of project requests, based on documentation provided. • Create Wireframe when needed for review. • Lead small front end teams. • Mentor junior front end developers • Participate in code quality checks through reviews and code quality tools. • Perform other related duties as required. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. • 7 to 8 years of experience in a directly related field. REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS: • Required Technology Skills Expert in Front End Development, proficient in JDK 11, React, Javascript, Python, Typescript, Material UI. - Understanding of key design principles and SEO optimization
- Ability to use customer input to create functional, creative and user-friendly UI’s
- Analytical with high attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Advanced problem-solving skills
- Writing tests for automated regression testing o Git/Maven expertise.
- Working experience in building Images and Containerization using Docker, Docker Engine using an orchestration system like Kubernetes/OpenShift.
- Experience analyzing/tuning performance.
- Ability to align workday with US Eastern Time Zone.
