Responsibilities:

Every day, these are the things that the person in this rolewill do successfully:

•            Writes clear user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria; and keeps themupdated with new information as discovered

•            Knows the solution inside and out and is the go-to person for "What is itsupposed to do?”

•            Actively communicates business value, user benefit and vision for productfeatures

•            Participate in the discovery and definition of success metrics

•            Leads by example and holds team accountable for following the Lextech AgileProcess

•            Conducts daily stand-ups with the team & actively facilitates communicationand resolution of impediments

 

Competencies / Characteristics Displayed

These are the characteristics that we look for in people whocan effectively fill the role:

•            2+ Years Agile Product Owner or Project Management experience

•            Consulting mindset

•            Strong experience and understanding of web and mobile development technologiesand trends

•            Ability to pick up technical and business concepts quickly

•            Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

•            Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills

•            Experience using JIRA to manage product backlogs.

 

 

Education/Skills and Competencies:

•            BA/BS degree preferred.  Technical degree or knowledge of technologystrongly preferred

•            2+ Years Agile Product Owner or Project Management experience

•            Deep experience with JIRA and managing multiple workstreams

•            Self-starter who can work independently as well as in team environment

•            Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and build high-performing teamsdelivering significant business value

•            Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills and impeccable business acumen

•            Advanced knowledge of process improvement and project management methodologiessuch as SDLC and Agile software development methodologies
