Position Requirements
Finicity is looking for a technical lead to lead the development of a new product. This person will be responsible for the design, architecture and execution of the new project. You'll work as technical lead of a cross functional team.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
B.S. degree in math, analytics, statistics, computer science, or equivalent technical field
2-5 years of experience with modern front-end BI reporting tools such as Tableau, Business Objects, SiSense, Google Data Studio, and others
Ability to explain complex technical information in a clear manner to non-technical audiences
Excellent oral and written communication skills, experience presenting to all levels of an organization
Proficient SQL skill and ability to write complex, optimized queries
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Consult with Business Leaders
Understand business stakeholders' objectives, their most important metrics, and how they measure performance and program effectiveness.
Effectively communicate/present results to Leadership and broader KWRI organization
Learn from, and share knowledge and skills with your teammates to grow BI's total impact to the organization
Build and deploy great data solutions
Develop web-based dashboards, reporting, and analysis tools that will be embedded in applications for Keller Williams Agents and leadership staff in Market Center Offices.
