Understand the big picture and business processes and technical architecture of existing GADS at NextEra Energy to support customer with their vision.
Understand the customer’s AS IS business processes, challenges & analyze which of those can be addressed through AWS Cloud native and custom solutions.
Technical acumen in building cloud native applications on AWS.
End-End understanding of modern web application tech stack to guide team on solutioning.
Strong Business acumen in Power Generation & NERC.
Coordinating the project requirements/epics/features/user stories and deliverables with customer, stakeholders and Project team.
Analyze the actual performance against the plan and make adjustments consistent with plan objectives. Assure timely adaptive action is taken.
Establish and publish clear priorities among project activities.
Involve functional expertise in design reviews and key decisions as well as risk strategies.
Involve/drive Sprint planning ceremony as required.
Liaison between IT & Business teams for development.
Involve in Team Look Ahead.
Involve with client (Scrum Master & Architects) & SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) in constantly exploring further process improvements, automation and cost optimization for the customer.
Help the customer (Scrum Master) in planning his/her IT project schedule and roadmap for future milestones and releases.
Identify customer resourcing needs and coordinate.
Provide guidance on resource fitment by evaluating internally and coordinating with customer to get them on boarded after due diligence.
Good understanding of latest technology trends and their application.
Should have vast experience in medium to large enterprise application implementation.
AWS Certified preferred.
