Job Description:
· ServiceNow developer with ITOM (event management) knowledge and experience
· Should know setup alerts and also migrate alerts in SNOW
· Strong expertise in ServiceNow
· Hands on experience in setup alerts and also migrate alerts in SNOW
· Interact with customers, external teams and internal teams on requirements, design and solutions
· To be responsible for providing technical guidance / solutions
· Excellent debugging skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Experience in Agile ways of working
· Working experience in Banking domain and applications preferred
