Job description

Job Responsibilities 

● Work collaborativelyand independently to map and document the “As Is” flows. 

● Lead cross-functionalefforts to understand existing gaps and potential solutions 

● Identify, document,and propose “to-be” solutions 

● Create BusinessRequirement Documents (BRD / FRD) and user acceptance test scripts

● Manage the delivery ofthe project, provide user training, and facilitate change management 

● Drive solutiondevelopment, change management, customer communications and managing both longand short-term customer delivery plans 

● Identify key issuesacross a broad range of areas and effectively communicate recommendations toleadership 

● Ability to translatebusiness requirements into technical/project deliverables 

● Review, analyze andchallenge reports and commentaries and assist management in coordination ofrequirements and deliverables received from key stakeholders 

● Identify businessopportunities and creative solutions to complex problems 

● Document detailedbusiness process (user perspective) design for end to end flow

● Business activitiesfor cutover (Data migration & validation) 

● Collect, cleanse andvalidate master data (material, vendor, CM) and inventory data (Serial number,quantity, status….) pre and post production 

● User Acceptancetesting support to ensure solution & process readiness 

● Post productionsupport on inventory transactions 

● SAP ERP functional andimplementation experience.

● Strong SAPSD/OTC/Contract manufacturing experience.

 

Desiredqualifications 

● Candidate must haveexperience in Supply Chain Management

● Strongexperience in SAP MM with strong functional knowledge on procurement P2Pflow.

● Goodunderstanding of inbound / outbound EDI integrations to/from SAP, typically inthe procure to pay flow. 

● Must haveexcellent skills in requirement gathering, analysis, solution designing and gapanalysis.

 

Formal Education &Certification:

·       Bachelor’s degree ininformation systems, computer science or related field preferred; or anequivalent amount of directly related experience.
