Role                       : Access Analyst 
Location                : Remote
Duration               : 6 Months
 
Degree/Certifications Required: No
 
Years of experience: 2-4yrs*
 
Role will need to be vocal with the Delivery pod, ensuring applicable data points are captured with the ability to create and manage detailed documentation and instructions.
·         Ability to “translate” between business and technology terminology.
·         Possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
·         Strong organization, planning and coordination skills with some leadership acumen.
·         Self-starter that can work independently with minimal supervision.
Summary:
Access and Control Analyst processes requests to ensure our human and digital workforce has access to the applications needed for automation. This position has responsibility to ensure access management standards and policies are followed and all access activities are ready on time. Position has accountability to independently manage tasks.
·         Submit access requests for human and digital workers
·         Analyze existing access roles to determine applicability for new access needs based on least privileged roles
·         Role entitlement management for human and digital workers
·         Liaison with external partners including cross border resources
·         Oversight of adherence to Risk & Controls Framework, ensure compliance and monitoring
·         Ensure adherence to Technology Risk and Information Security Standards
 
Skill Requirements:
·         Highly organized, and independent who thinks critically, and manages priorities with minimal supervision
·         Strong analytical skills; ability to organize information drawing conclusions and making appropriate recommendations
·         Prioritize and manage multiple initiatives to meet deadlines and ensure quality and efficiency
·         Strong written and verbal communication skills
·         Strong research skills
·         Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating flexibility to adjust to changing work priorities
·         Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

·         Works East Coast USA Daytime Hours
·         Technology BSA Experience
·         MS Office
·         Strong written and verbal communication skills
·         Strong analytical skills; ability to organize information drawing conclusions and making appropriate recommendations
·         Experience with Process and Solution Definition Documents
 
NICE TO HAVE 
·         Experience with Robotics Process Automation/Blue Prism
·         Prior access management and analysis experience
·         Risk and control management experience
