Position: Sr. AEM Developer
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Client: Texas Department of Transportation (TX DOT)
Vendor: Apex
Plans, develops, tests, and documents computer programs, applying knowledge of programming
techniques and computer systems. Evaluates user request for new or modified program, such as
for financial or human resource management systems, clinical research trial results, statistical
study of traffic patterns, or analyzing and developing specifications for bridge design, to
determine feasibility, cost and time required, compatibility with current system, and computer
capabilities. Consults with user to identify current operating procedures and clarify program
objectives. Formulates plan outlining steps required to develop program, using methodologies
such as structured analysis and design or object-oriented development.
8 or more years of experience, relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals,
independently performs a variety of complicated tasks, may lead and direct the work of others,
a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS (Required)

Years Skills/Experience
4 Working with Adobe products such as Adobe Experience Manager, Document Asset
Management, Creative Cloud
4 Managing company website hosting and associated pages including repointing DNS servers
4 Managing and setting protocols for FTP uploads, user limitations, and securities
4 Collaborating with UI/UX designers and product developers to conceptualize and build new
features end-to-end
8 Experience with HTML, C++, JavaScript, Python, PHP, and VBA preferred
8 Full Stack Development, CMS Customization, CMS Development, Database Development,
Desktop Software Development, Mobile App Development, Mobile Design, Product
Management, Scripting & Automation, UX/UI Design, and Some WebDesign
Must be strong in developing custom components
