Role: SCCM Engineer
Location: Southfield, MI (Day 1 onsite)
Duration : 12+ months
Job Summary:
Excellent knowledge of SCCM v1810 or greater in areas mentioned here - software distribution, patch management, application packaging, image management, inventory management for both intranet & internet-based devices.
• Good knowledge on managing Windows Devices from Intune including Device setup using Intune AutoPilot, Device Compliance Management, Device encryption using Bitlocker & Intune based deployment troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge in handling Client health related issues with respect to SCCM & Intune.
• Good knowledge in Application deployment troubleshooting on Devices from SCCM & Intune.
• OS migration experience e.g. from Windows 7 to Windows 10.
• Excellent knowledge of WMI usage within scripting languages.
• Good knowledge on PowerShell scripting.
• Good knowledge in Active Directory, GPO & Azure AD Administration.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft OS (Win 10/Win7, embedded image) Deployment/Imaging/ Unattended setup, Wyse / HP Thin Clients, and VDI & troubleshooting SCCM OSD Deployment.
• Troubleshooting skills and debugging software and hardware problems related to the operating system or supporting applications, drivers, and services.
• Experience in setup of new Windows 10 devices along with peripherals.
• Must have experience with Incident & Problem Management activities, including Escalations, Root Cause Analysis tracking, process improvements of existing support functionality.
• Experience in ITIL processes and using ServiceNow or similar tool for Service Request/Incident tracking.
