· Comfortable with building and maintaining automations, Process builders, and Workflows
· Experienced in building advanced formulas, validation rules
· Ability to resolve critical issues involving debug logs, and reaching out to SFDC support for resolution
· Document all configuration and customization done of production org
· Experience using Salesforce data tools like Data Loader
