Job Description:

· Minimum 6 years corporate IT, and/or meeting planning, marketing and/or hospitality experience.

· Technical background in meeting collaboration tools IE. Webex, Zoom, Microsoft Teams etc…

· Experience in customer-facing roles.

· Familiarity working with technical topics

· Familiarity working with development, infrastructure and security engineers

· Experience working will all levels of management.

· Highly accountable, anticipatory and expects and insists on delivery of “white glove” customer service and an overall flawless customer experience.

· Ability to build and maintain working relationships with external meeting stakeholders.

· Ability to quickly adapt to and learn new technology interfaces.

· Ability to think outside the box and tap into creative solutions for meeting stakeholder needs.

· Effective time management skills with a strong ability to manage multiple projects and timetables.
