• Experience as a Scrum master working collaboratively with other scrum teams in a cross functional environment to support delivery of IAM.
• Experience owning team events i.e. Daily stand up meetings, reviews, estimation, retrospectives, sprint planning, demos, burndown tracking and other scrum related meetings.
• Rapidly prototype new solutions in collaboration with team members, SME’s, and leadership to remove impediments.
• Possesses excellent interpersonal skills with situational awareness and ability to drive conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment and transparency.
• Experience in discovering, analyzing, and exploiting application vulnerabilities and misconfigurations on IAM (Identity Access Management) systems.
• 3+ years of experience working collaboratively with other scrum teams in a cross functional environment to support delivery of IAM (Identify and Access Management) functions.
• Expertise leading application level activities in a cross functional team structure.
• Strong experience in providing solutions to remediate security vulnerabilities identified by scans at various security layers.
• Must have experience supporting complex Mission Critical applications.
• Experience with common software security issues and remediation techniques (OWASP Top 10).
• Experience fixing application based on Publicly disclosed security vulnerabilities (CVEs) and open-source tools.
• Strong ability to align business process and requirements with a technical implementation.
• Must have analytical experience troubleshooting to investigate tickets, incidents, interruptions or bugs and isolate root cause.
