Job Title: Lead Network Engineer
Location: Chicago, IL (Remote until Covid Lockdown is lifted, later on-site)
Position Type: Long-Term Contract
$65/ Hr on C2C (All Inclusive)
Minimum Requirement:
· 10+ years of relevant experience along with handling 20+ staff team management.
· Understand various use cases and applicability of these technologies to client scenarios. Also, articulate a roadmap for these clients to reach the envisaged end state.
· Create Solutions with technology stacks with multiple combinations to suit distinct requirement sets.
· Interface with OEM's and Start- up for their solutions.
· Person should have good experience in Geo customer handling.
· 5+ Years’ experience in designing and managing multi-vendor complex network.
· Should be well versed in Network technologies of Data center and operations.
· Need to be an expert in routing and Switching technologies.
· At least 3 to 5 years of Experience in Juniper router and switches.
· Overall at least 8 to 10 years of experience in Networking on Cisco and Juniper Platform.
· Must Experience on Palo Alto FWs, Cisco ASA , Check Point/Fortigate & F5 Big IP.
· Must Experience on Cisco Meraki switches
· Good knowledge of Aruba Wireless including ClearPass
· Knowledge of RADIUS, TACACS+, SNMP is desired
· Must be a good communicator and a team player.
· Should have managed a team of more than 10 people
· Should be a ITIL process champion
· Must have experience in multiple networking technologies and protocols
· Analyze business requirements to develop technical network solutions and their framework.
· Design, test, and inspect data communications systems.
· Experience in installation of hardware such as switches, routers, wireless adaptors etc.
· Develop technology roadmaps. Develop test plans, implementation plans, and project timelines for various projects.
· Manage technology vendors.
· Should have experience in leading P1 calls.
· Perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems.
· Upgrade network hardware and software components as required.
· Cisco Routing Switching CCIE, CCNP or equivalent
