Job Description :

To developand deliver codes for the work assigned in accordance with time| quality andcost standards.

(1.) Tocreate work plans| monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery asper the defined quality standards.

(2.) Todevelop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilitiesand increasing productivity.

(3.) Toensure process improvement and compliance in the assigned module| andparticipate in technical discussions/review.

(4.) Toprepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on theproject or closure of escalations.
