Role : Go Lang developer
Location : NYC, NY
Duration : Long term contract 12+ months
Job Responsibilities:
· Maintain responsibility for analysis of Bugs, Problems and Resolution, supply to Continual Service Improvement Programs.
· Perform activities on GoLang based applications, Integration points, payment systems, knowledge of web services, APIs and Frameworks.
· Understands different programming languages preferably Ruby language and JavaScript/nodeJS and ability to solve problems in coding, testing and deployment.
· Possesses very good knowledge of different software systems, client/server architectures and various compatibility requirements.
· Ability to communicate effectively with teams and clients
· Support production deployment/Week-end Activities
· 8x5 and on call as needed for urgent issues (Application deployment, outages) availability
· Should have worked in onshore-offshore model
· Partners client to explain the areas of improvement and remediate recommendations
· Effective regular interaction (in person, email and over phone) with business and technical partners locally and globally for status update, requirement discussions, discussion around solution/approach etc.
Preferred qualifications:
· Must have 6+ programming experience in GO Lang
· Should have hands-on experience with good understanding of these tech stack -
· Go Language suite, RabbitMQ, GraphQL, Sidekiq, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Elastic Search, Protobuf, ReactJS, REST API
