Demonstrable knowledge of DevOps culture and modern CICD best practices Someone who is autonomous and can learn our environments, configurations, and systems quickly Ability to build CICD automation from scratch for products with several componentsKnowledge of Amazon Web Services is a plusStrong background in Docker, Kubernetes and related techGood understanding and experience with operations of large productsAn individual who can explain and demonstrate improvements in a given approach, provide alternative approaches with documented examples of anti-patterns, and is an empathetic team player. Experience with technologieslanguages like Groovy, Python, Linux shell scripts, Ansible, Git, JavaScript, Java Experience using tools and frameworks such as Jenkins, Gradle, Apache, Nginx, JMeter, Sauce Labs, Docker, Maven, Node.js, MySQL, coverty, etc.Working experience of modern engineering operations duties, including providing the necessary tools and infrastructure to support high performance development Ability and drive to collaborate with rest of team to research, design, develop, and implement automation release features and enhancements Ability to influence, guide, and reinforce the adoption of standards and processes across the development teamsUnderstanding of security in CICDComfortable using the JIRAgitConfluence Qualifications 5-8 years as a software or systems engineer, with a minimum of 3 years in release automation implementation Expert knowledge in some Configuration Management tool Preferably Ansible Expert knowledge in some Continuous Integration tool or platform preferably Jenkins Expert knowledge in CICD concepts and toolchain development. Take lead in different initiatives and collaborate well with different teams and make the things happen.
