Job Description:
* Scrum Master with 2-3 years of experience as a scrum master;
* Experience with Agile ALM tools; scrum, VersionOne experience will preferred.
* Expertise in diligently applying Agile principles, practices, and theory (User Stories, Story Pointing, Velocity, Burndown Metrics, Agile Games, Tasking, Retrospectives, Cycle Time, Throughput, Work in Progress levels, Product Demos).
*Experience working with various software development practices (BDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Pairing, Automated Testing, DevOps).
*Experience working with different Agile approaches (Scrum, Lean, XP, Kanban, etc.).
*Knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, influence and transparency.
*Exceptional verbal, written and communication skills.
*Detail-oriented and with the ability to understand and communicate technical information.
* Strong presentation skills.
