Job Title: HSE Application Support Analyst

Location: Houston, TX

Resource type: Contract

Job Description:

Tasks / Responsibilities:

End User Support & Client Relationship Management

Provide day to day support to end users on systems supporting HSE applications

Provide functional and/or technical direction/assistance for assigned applications

Work directly with users to identify and resolve issues adversely impacting business processes

Define technical solutions ensuring considerations for system stability, performance, and ongoing maintainability

Should possess good troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly remedy any system outages

Technical Expertise:

Integration experience is preferred.

Excellent knowledge of SQL Queries

Define technical solutions ensuring considerations for system stability, performance, and ongoing maintainability.

Experience with reporting tools such as SSRS, Spotfire

Basic Windows Server Knowledge

Intelex software knowledge would be nice to have

Minimum Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, and/or equivalent work experience in a related field

Ability to analytically solve problems and determine preventative measures

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Must be able to independently resolve issues and efficiently self-direct work activities based on the ability to capture, organize, and analyze information

Excellent troubleshooting skills

Absolute commitment to customer service and a "can-do " attitude.

Demonstrated team building skills
