 • Technical expertise o Tools - VSTS, JIRA, ALM, Process Flows (Visio, PowerPoint, Nimbus) o Defect Management Systems o System adaptability - learn new systems, ability to jump in and provide guidance o Integration familiarity o SDLC knowledge and experience o Awareness of SCRUM (Agile activities) o Change management (OCM)

• Experience with requirements elicitation and management o User Requirements (URS / BRD) o Functional Requirements

• User Stories - functionality

• Practiced in eliciting requirements, defining criteria and prioritizing o Ability to define business processes and creating workflow documentation o Traceability Matrix o Ability to analyze and define current and future state o Ability to assess and communicate risks and issues o Exhibits analytical thinking and problem solving skills

• Experience with testing o Test Script creation and linkage to requirements o Ability to write Acceptance criteria o Management of Deviation Logs

• Organizational and Time Management skills o Understand resource scarcity and project budget constraints o Prioritize work o Ability to plan and see gaps in plans o Meets or exceeds meeting deadlines

• Work well with business / good communication skills o Soft skills (interaction, communication, collaboration, positiveness) o Ability to ask questions and dig for "what is the problem" o Cross-functional team collaboration o Communicates with manager, project manager and project peers effectively o Willingness to jump in if needed

• Coachable These items would be a plus:

• IIBA Certification (ECBA, CCBA, CBAP)

• Trained and Certified - BABOK Knowledge areas

• Experience in Legal and Compliance systems
