Proven Track records in leading Testing effort for large transformation Programs. (Finance Transformation program preferred). 2. Ability to Strategize Testing in to clear cut phases of SDLC cycle. 3. Detail oriented to cover all aspects of testing across 4. System Integration Test , User Acceptance Test , User Demos , Cut over and Go live aspects. 5. Articulating the need for testing activities in a detailed fashion. 6. Ability to track the progress of the strategy put in place and provide necessary modification 7. as and when need arises to ensure we meet the go live dates. 8. Coordinate Test data preparation and test coverage aspects done by team. 9. Report the Test Metrics accurately to enable go /no go decision making. 10. Front ending User Acceptance Session from Testing coverage. 11. Ensuring smooth pass of test coverage during UAT session with rapid fix strategy to ensure 12. UAT is 100% and defect density is contained to not more than 2%. 13.
