Job Description:

 

  • Exposure in BA/QA roles
  • Payments domain
  • Client facing and played Domain Lead role

Job Description:
  • Experience in BFS industry, Payments experience is must
  • Providing technical, functional direction and support Cash management, ACH and Global Payments Program
  • Analyze client?s business requirements and processes through document analysis, interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis.
  • Communicate client?s business requirements by constructing easy-to-understand data and process models
  • Establish metrics and regular reporting to the organization which resulted in improved quality, adherence to processes, as well as feedback loop that resulted in improvement to established processes.
  • Track and highlight project risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies and also be actively involved in resolving the same
  • Working experience in agile environment and onshore/offshore model
  • Experience in creating test strategy, planning, execution and defect triaging
