Responsibilities:
• Analysis of system enhancement and integration requests, working with the requestor to determine functional requirements, integration challenges, site specific or enterprise impact
• Analyze system landscapes, SAP tables and fields, and potential in-bound/outbound system requirements, including data mapping
• Leveraging business requirements documentation provided, create Functional Specification Document (FSD) leveraging format required
• Partner with EBS resources to determine best technical solution for requested enhancements and integrations
• Evaluate current process and data flows for efficiency, accuracy and consistency
• Identify testing options for system enhancements and integrations
Skills:
Required Skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including facilitation, presentation and collaboration
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, aggressive schedule environment to meet critical deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and change course of action quickly in a dynamic and complex organization
• Ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions in the moment, prioritize work and meet deadlines
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, but able to seek guidance when needed
Desired Skills
• Strong business and financial acumen

Experience
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience documenting functional and technical requirements documentation [HT] – If the candidate is good, ignore 5 yrs clause
• At least two years of business requirements gathering and documentation
• SAP SD and FI experience desired
