SUMMARY
Maintains client SharePoint farms and collections; responsible for the operation, maintenance, and upgrades to collections of enterprise-level SharePoint 2013/2019 Server ensuring overall reliability and availability.

Senior SharePoint Administrator:
-Manages site quotas and file size limits.
-Coordinates approved application and configuration changes with the site owners and maintains an approved configuration baseline; shepherds changes through the change configuration management process.
-Maintains access to the SharePoint portal and supporting applications based on site authorization requirements and approval.
-Researches Microsoft best practices, and recommends the approach for applying hot fixes, patches, cumulative updates, and service packs that meet security and functionality requirements defined by the client.
-Supports software development teams by creating sandboxes, deploying and managing new features and packages.
-Develops basic and advanced SharePoint artifacts, including (but not limited to) web parts, custom fields, custom lists, views, and content types, sites and sub-sites, lists, and libraries.
-Maintains and coordinates SharePoint and Web System backups and disaster recovery procedures.
-Produces monthly metrics reporting at the end of each month.
-Performs periodic security and license audits of applications.
-Design, troubleshoot, maintain and update SharePoint sites, pages, web parts, workflows, content types, lists, and libraries across the organization ensuring adherence and compliance with policies to support effective Knowledge Management.
-Lead and support SharePoint projects through innovative development and implementation to address customer and organization needs.
-Apply Business Process Management (BPM), Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) and/or lean/statistical principles, concepts and industry best practices to analyze, measure, improve, optimize and automate business processes across network operations supported by SharePoint.
-Collaborate and consult with business owners and senior decision-makers to effectively obtain and analyze requirements to allow for delivery and maintenance of SharePoint solutions aligned to the organization's goals and objectives.
-Draft technical documentation, as well as conduct periodic reviews and updates, to ensure information is accurate, up-to-date, and comprehensive of design and functional elements for continuity purposes.
-Advise customers through training sessions and other forums to ensure SharePoint solutions and supporting processes are followed.
-Create self-service options.
