Job Title: Data Management - Database Administrator II  
Location: Danbury , CT 
Duration: 6months  
 
 Job Description: 
  • Maintaining environments by monitoring database performance,  performing patches and upgrades to our dev databases, Assist with traditional database administration tasks (build databases, patch databases, backups, recovery/restore procedures,  database software installation and patching, etc.).
  •  Also mentors less experienced DBAs. Unix, , SQLPlus and Designer skills desired. Detail oriented, ability to learn quickly and process minded. Good verbal and written communication.
  • Experience with some of the following is helpful; Java, Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) Tools, DB2, Application Servers (OAS, Websphere), See Beyond, PL*SQL, Pro*C, Extract Transform and Load (ETL) tools, Designer.
