About the role/ project: New manager at Getty who needs to hire a ServiceNow Dev/Admin right away. He has seen 2 resumes so far and not that impressed with either. Wants a true hybrid of someone who can do some development (adding features and such) and Admin (keep the existing system running). They have had ServiceNow implemented as their ticketing system for the last 4-5 years and they also have an FTE (on paternity leave) that is good with SN and a secondary resource coming up to speed with SN on this team.
Top Required Skill sets: ServiceNow for 1-2 years - application development, customizations, design enhancements, troubleshooting, integrations, and hands-on production support functions.
UI tailoring, workflow administration, reporting, data imports, custom scripting and third party software integrations using Web Services, SOAP, HTTP, MID Server technologies.
