Need System Analyst; Brea, California

System Analyst Location: Brea, California Duration: 6+ months   Phone & Skype with Comprehensive Linkedin account (can submit local too for onsite interview) 5+ years professional experience as a systems analysis   *   Experience interpreting and writing Use Cases, Functional Requirements, Screen Specs, and Data Mapping documents   *   Experience supporting Property & Casualty Underwriting systems  (alternately, we'll consider experience with Life insurance)   *   Experience working with rating algorithms and working with rate engines (experience with Duckcreek platform preferred but optional)   *   Technical proficiency, with the ability to understand data flows and the flow between complex, integrated systems (experience working with third-party vendors is preferred but optional)   *   Proficient in working directly with business users to understand business processes, gather & document requirements, and work closely with the user community to implement system changes that meet business needs.   *   Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to effectively work with remote users via phone, email, WebEx, and other virtual collaboration tools.   *   Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines   *   Experience collaborating with Development and QA teams   *   Experience with Policy Center on the Guidewire platform (preferred but optional)   Thanks & Regards Archan Das Phone: 4694982620  Ext 620 Email: adas@exarcainc.com
