Java Developer Chicago,IL All Visa(Except OPT) Description: Ability to design, develop and deploy the company’s applications. The work includes responding to off-shift and weekend support calls. Capable of working independently on complex systems and infrastructure components used often by one or more applications. Good communicator capable of interacting  with end users and internal customers Knowledgeable and experienced in preforming integrated testing and acceptance testing.   REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or Electrical engineering or related field is REQUIRED! 5+ years of experience in designing and developing in Java or Scala  Solid knowledge of like data structures and algorithms fundamentals.   TOP CANDIDATES QUALIFICATIONS: Proven experience in SOME of the following: Solid understanding of Relational and NoSQL databases. MVC, Microservices, Event-driven, and other application architectural patterns. CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, or Chef, or Puppet, or GoCD, Azure Devops would be very helpful. Public clouds deployment experience with AWS or Azure would be a big PLUS. Experience with Agile SCRUM development Methodology.   Strong understanding/experience in SOME of the following: Batch or stream processing systems (Apache Spark, Flink, Akka, Storm). Message brokers: Kafka, RabbitMQ, WebSphere MQ, AWS SQS, AWS SNS, Apache ActiveMQ, Kinesis. Restful APIs. Writing API proxies on different platforms (Apigee Edge, AWS API Gateway or Azure API Gateway). Hands on experience with Swagger, Postman and Assertible API tools. Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development. Knowledge of Testing tools such as Selenium and/or Cucumber. MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis, Elasticsearch, MySQL, and Oracle.     Thanks!
