We are looking for IDM Business Analyst who will perform Technology assessments, Requirements Gathering and other functional activities as assigned. This individual will be responsible to work closely with the senior executives / technical architects from the client side to come up with the functional solutions that best meet the business needs. Rresponsible for supporting IDM projects analyzing control, data and business requirements.

Position Description: This position will require the individual to play both an internal role and client facing at times. IDM Business Analyst will be involved in interacting with clients during the initial stages of the engagement namely Assessments and requirements gathering. Individual will work as an IDM Functional expert representing AAA in front of clients assisting them in various stages of implementation as decided upon by the management.

Principal Responsibilities: · Perform Technology and Business Process assessments · Create Data Requirement Specifications, Functional and Technical Specification documents · Assist in Practice Development Activities, Status reports, presentations
· Independently research and perform product evaluation

Required Skills: · Minimum of 8+ years of experience in business analysis including technology assessment, enterprise alignment, process improvement for large complex IT systems. · Strong knowledge of process development and business requirements management. · Knowledge of Access Management and Information Security; understanding of few of the Identity and Access Management products such as Oracle Identity Manager, Sailpoint Identity IQ, Active Directory etc. · Extensive prior experience in Identity and Access Management is mandatory for this position (Preferably Sailpoint IIQ, OIM etc.) · Able to identify opportunities for process improvements, manage, and execute the process improvements · Experience identifying, scoping, planning, executing and managing technical projects · Experience in developing, documenting and maintaining security policies, processes, procedures and standards · Complete understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (Requirements Gathering, Analysis, Design, Documentation, Development, Testing, Implementation and Maintenance.) · Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers and subject matter experts.

Desired Skills: · Prior experience in the Consulting industry · Prior development experience in Identity and Access Management solutions preferred

Educational Qualifications & Certifications Requirement: · Bachelor's degree in information systems or equivalent work experience · Advanced degree in information security, network security or IT security preferred |
