VISA: GC/USC
7-10 years’ experience as Business Analyst
Recent proven experience developing data visualizations, dashboards, and reporting in Tableau
Has created requirement Documents for future reference, data sources using Custom SQL, Joining Tables, Complex calculation in Tableau using LOD, Table Calc, Conditional formatting,
Excellent knowledge of Tableau and dashboard development, publishing on the server and data testing using SQL
Comfortable working with modern data technologies. Familiarity with database modeling and data warehousing principles
Ability to operate comfortably and effectively in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional, rapidly changing environment.
Experience engaging with the business and leadership on problem definition
Familiarity with data science exploration, analysis, feature selection, model development, and evaluation a plus Familiarity with agile methods such as scrum
Experience in solution design and implementation, Interfaces and data migration projects/activities; in-depth knowledge of the software development life cycle process
Ability to lead meetings and problem solve with an unstructured/undefined problem
Ability to solve new problems through problem structuring, analytics and approach
Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group from subject matter experts to executives
Ability to work effectively with data science and engineering partners to meet the data needs of the business, translating business needs into analytical requirements
