Role: SAP APO PPDS Support (S/4HANA is a plus)
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Duration: 24 weeks
Duties and Responsibilities:
Scope This position is a unique opportunity to work with S/4 HANA 1709 as you leverage the SAP Model Company pre-configured solution and SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud (Private and Public).
As a perpetual business transformation expert, you will be responsible for the successful implementation, deployment, and support of S/4 HANA business processes and technical solution. You will provide subject matter expertise on a broad range of S/4 HANA solutions. You will also be an advocate for adherence to standard S/4 HANA capabilities and drive alignment across business units and geographies.
You will communicate with client stakeholders to understand emerging business needs and develop solutions to address them. You also will determine implementation strategies while maintaining insight to applicable industry best practices, trends, and technology capabilities.
Using an agile / scrum approach across multiple locations in North America, you will drive the core tenets of perpetual business transformation, including:
• Maintaining the stability of the SAP S/4 HANA environment
• Achieving user adoption of the new system
• Supporting local users
• Maintaining third-party business applications and related interfaces
• Offering S/4 solution application support
As a perpetual business transformation expert, you will directly partner with the client functional and technical deployment leaders and several key solution delivery partners (e.g. SAP).
Key Qualifications & Responsibilities Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)
As a Solutions Professional, you will provide S/4 HANA solution expertise with deep knowledge on configuration and development. Solution Expert(s) will:
• Participate in the deliverable materials reviews as needed
• Provide technical information about the existing systems
• Provide technical information about the existing solution environment
• Provide data file information
• Participate in solution design
• Assist with development of technical specifications
• Provide all infrastructure design and implementation services
• Set up, deploy, and support client work stations
• Participate in status meetings
• Make necessary design decisions for client
• Provide assistance as required with knowledge transfer during the Transition Phase
As a Services Professional, you will provide the services specified in the SOW. These duties include resolving service incidents and/or service requests while providing technical and development support. Services Professional(s) will:
• Communicate appropriately with client to determine nature and severity level of service incidents and/or service requests
• Appropriately analyze client service incidents to obtain resolution or work-around
• Effectively communicate service incident resolutions to client
• Resolve the service incident and/or service request
• Document the service incident work-around and/or resolution
• Provide technical support related to the maintenance and administration of the applications
• Provide development support for minor enhancements and customizations
• Provide other services as specified in the SOW

· 5+ years of strong S/4 HANA and Fiori knowledge and experience in solution support area, including significant experience with incident management, configuration, and testing. Including experience with many of these key business process areas:
o Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling
o Sales & Operations Planning
o Material Requirements Planning
o Quality Management
· Analytical skills to solve complex problems; a structured, reliable, and independent way of working under pressure; confident and friendly interaction with customers and very good communication skills in general.
