Job Description:
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
· This role will help to improve the end user experience by identifying, analyzing and characterizing events and behaviors of the windows OS while providing automation solutions and performance improvements.
· The job requires deep learning and specialization in Windows OS and the ability to analyze different PC and application behaviors like system crash, faults, errors and various performance problem by using a variety of tools, methods and automation.
· Thorough knowledge of Windows OS 8 & 10, MS Office products, PC configurations, PC hardware, networking and server environments and managing theWindows client OS (Win- 8.1 & 10)
· Basic knowledge of MS-SQL
· Willingness to continually learn new products and technologies
Must have Skills
· Very good knowledge on Windows-10 Client Operation Systems & Internals
· Understanding and ability to do windows troubleshooting
· Windows Analytics tools
· Working knowledge and practical experience with scripting languages: Power Shell & SQL.
Good to Know
· Knowledge of Windows SysInternal Tools
· Knowledge of Windbg, Windows Performance recorder, and Windows Performance Analyzer
· Take/read ETL and dump files
· Basic knowledge with Server architecture and server OS
· Working knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy
Soft Skills
· Attention to detail, Customer orientation, Influencing
· Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to create clear and concise documentation
· Willingness to continually learn new products and technologies
