Hi       My name is Nishant Kumar and I am a Staffing Specialist at IDC Technologies. I am reaching out to you on an exciting job opportunity with one of our clients.       Position: Application Support Analyst Location: Pasadena, CA Duration: Contract   Job Description:         Mandatory skills: •           Requires 4+ years of work experience in writing web application programs covering front-end/UI using the web technologies as follows •           Strong work experience in Spring Boot Microservice Angular 2+, Node.js, Redis database •           Exposure/Minimal working experience in AEM 6.2 + •           Exposure to Splunk and Dynatrace •           Exposure to supporting Bluemix platform applications •           Exposure with infrastructure and technology upgrade projects. •           Exposure in ITIL processes and ServiceNow tools.   Experience Required  4 to 6 Yrs.   Roles & Responsibilities         •           Day to day responsibility for managing client’s application issues and requirements. Provide prompt responses and a high-level customer service to the needs of the users. •           Responsible for application / system research and analysis, including data analysis for issues and system enhancements. Responsible for completing the root cause analysis and establishing prevention plans for the problems. •           Maintain ongoing project management, system maintenance and documentation of all development according to established IT standards. •           Analyze/Debug database components to fix defects and performance issues. •           Responsible for validating and verifying patches to the servers. •           Analyze and understand of IIS and other server logs find application pain points and bottlenecks. •           Possess effective communication skills to prepare progress reports and communicate status and goals to management. •           Requires planning to obtain on-time approvals for production releases and ensure the defect free delivery. •           Ability to work with multi regional customers and multi-regional team members. It is advantageous to have experience with Onshore and offshore support model. •           Propose and implement necessary and proactive maintenance for the applications •           Requires Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
