SAP FICA/RMCA 12+ months Sunnyvale, CA or Austin, TX

Resource with 10+ years of SAP functional experience specializing in design and configuration of SAP Finance modules. Two full life cycle implementation experience of SAP FICO/FICA/RMCA modules. Experience in gathering business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, performing necessary SAP configurations, writing detail specifications for development of custom programs, testing, co-ordination of transports to production and post go live support. Prior experience in high tech or software industries with good understanding of accounting concepts. Knowledge of BIT is added advantage. Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentations creation and delivery. Candidate should have masters in Finance/ CPA / CPA equivalent SAP FI/CO experience would be added advantage and it should be involving several end-to-end project implementations. Experience should include GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, COPA, Revenue Recognition and Banking.  - Knowledge of S4HANA Finance would be an added advantage - Must have worked in: AR, AP, GL, AA, and COPA areas New GL and Document split functionality (for Accounts other than Apple) Automatic Payments with DMEE, XML and iDocs Revenue Recognition Tax on sales and purchases Exposure 3rd party taxation tools like Sabrix, Taxware or Vertex Withholding Tax Sound knowledge in Intercompany processes theough Edi-IDocs Exposure to Interfaces and development thereof Knowledge in Bank communication Lock box and Electronic Bank statement with search strings Integration with SD, MM and PS modules Working with IDocs Local GAAP Reporting using special purpose ledgers Foreign currency valuation and translation Period end closing process Credit Card processes Collection, Dispute, and Credit Management Multi-currency global landscape Development of custom reports Implementation and testing of Function modules, User exits and BTEs - Cross-functional team experience, excellent configuration and development skills - Must have knowledge and experience working with project deliverables and all facets of project methodology, including creating timelines, estimates/budget, and status monitoring - Responsibilities includes working with the business and IS&T users to define scope and gather business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, performing necessary SAP configurations, writing detail specifications for development of custom programs, testing and implementing the automated solutions. - Leading/contributing to SAP projects, prioritizing work and coordinate multiple projects in parallel. Experience in gathering business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, performing necessary SAP configurations, writing detail specifications for development of custom programs, testing, co-ordination of transports to production and post go live support.

·       Should have Project management experience and led teams at least of size 6-8 ·       Gather requirement ·       Identify Gaps ·       Design solutions ·       Manage on-site & off-shore teams ·       Manage project deliverable ·       Project Management Activitis ·       Liasie with client ·       Create opportunities to ramp up the team

·       Master Degree or Accounting background and good process knowledge is a must ·       CPA or equivalent preferred
