Job Description:

The IT Support Specialist provides application support, which may include: log analysis, starting/stopping application instances, change coordination, coordinating stakeholder discussions, updating user documentation or conducting training.
Responsible to address security issues such as ID and Password.
Should have experience with Log analysis for Tomcat instances running on Linux servers and AWS hosted EC2 instances.
Following up on escalated issues.
Direct customers to guides and training resources. Update training materials.
Perform emergency setup and configuration for application changes or incidents.
Provide training to customers or other support personnel in routine program operation.
Monitor the system for errors, bug, and potential performance enhancements.
Analyze and resolve technical problems raised by external customers via phone, web chat, email, and escalated incident ticket.
AWS experience is a plus.
Linux/Unix command knowledge.
Productions support experience.
