Must be in the US and able to start within 2 weeks Must have their education credentials listed on their resume Must have 12+ months left on current VISA Requirement-1 Java Microservices Openings (1 Senior Dev, 1 Lead, 1 Architect) Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Local candidates preferred, not required) Duration: 6 month+ contract All candidates, whether for the Senior Developer, Lead, or Architect roles MUST have a minimum of 10 years of experience JD: Technical Experience: Strong understanding of microservice architecture Hands-on experience in developing and deploying microservices Experience working on legacy Java EE / JMS based systems Experience in performing technical assessment of current state of legacy systems Knowledge on transforming a legacy monolithic application to a microservice based application Expertise in design and development of Spring Boot and Spring Cloud applications Expert is design and development of RESTful APIs using JAX-RS and JSON Strong understanding of SOA, EAI and EIP Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD (Jenkins), VCS (Git) and build (Gradle) systems ===================================================================================================================== Requirement-2 IOS ARCHITECT LOCATION: PITTSBURGH, PA (LOCAL CANDIDATES PREFERRED, NOT REQUIRED) DURATION: 6-12 MONTH CONTRACT Job Description: Overall 12+ years of development experience  Understand the existing software eco system and application code base Design and build application iOS platform. Ensure and check for performance, quality and responsiveness of the application. Introducing best practices and socializing the same to the team. Collaborate with team to design and develop features.  Use performance checking tools and address memory leaks. Understand the existing software eco system and application code base Provide solutions and troubleshoot the issues. Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code Identify bottlenecks and fix bugs Adhere to clients software development processes and best practices  Ability to rapidly learn and make the team aware of same to take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies. Required skills: Well versed in Swift and Cocoa touch Experience with iOS frameworks like Core Data, Core Animation, and Cocoa Pods. Familiarities in Apple push notifications. Experience with storage techniques, threads and performance tuning. Understanding of Apple design guidelines and Human Interface guidelines. Good understanding of distributed version control system Git Experience with RESTful APIs to connect with backend services.
