Coordinate with various teams and raise support ticket for all issues, analyze root cause and assist in efficient resolution of all production processes.

Monitor alerts and escalate issues for all middleware interfaces and processes.

Coordinate with different IT application teams to ensure reliability of all the middleware interfaces.

Identify scope for system/process improvement, involve in system/process enhancements activities and take it to closer

8+ years of application maintenance experience in SOA-BPEL 11g and B2B 11g.

Hands-on experience Web-service, Mediator, BEPL, EDN, SOA Adapters: DB, JMS, File and FTP adapters.

Good knowledge on XSD, Standard documents: EDI, EDIFACT, PFF, Custom XML and Scripting : Shell, Perl, and curl scripting.

Must have knowledge in debugging and troubleshooting issues on SOA and B2B.

Good to have knowledge on debugging and troubleshooting issues on Dell Boomi interfaces and Oracle ADF managed bean and backing beans.

Good to have basic knowledge on denodo data integration tool.

Good to have Knowledge on Life Sciences /Pharma domain and working experience in GxP applications.

 

Salesforce with Veeva CRM experience(Above 8 years only)

The Veeva CRM Technical Support resource is responsible and accountable for supporting the client’s Commercial and Medical Organization’s Business Operation and Contract Compliance stakeholders. The Support resource should ensure smooth operation of the Veeva CRM and Veeva Vault systems and all integration touchpoints with the eco-system. Effective partnership and teamwork with business partners, and all other Client IT service teams is a key success factor. 

Essential Duties and Job Functions

General responsibilities for this position will include (but are not limited to) the following:

Work in the Application Support Operations (ASO) team as a hands-on Veeva CRM and Veeva Vault technical support resource

Provide technical expertise and Support Veeva CRM and Veeva Vault operations

Resolve technical environment issues

Provide Build and release management for Veeva CRM

Provide design/operational documentation updates

Support fixes related to all interfaces (jobs, dataflows) in Veeva CRM

Fix integration issues between Veeva CRM and Operational Data Store

Fix integration issues between Veeva CRM and Veeva Vault

Hand on experience over Veeva Closed Loop Marketing & Approved Email Functionality

Build Reports in Veeva CRM and Veeva Vault to support Analytics teams and other ad-hoc business requestsAssist with Data Conversion/clean-up activitiesWork with vendor (i.e. Veeva) for issue resolution

Work with Creative Agency Vendors for Multimedia/CLM Content related end-to-end solution

Perform technical impact assessment for Veeva and salesforce version upgrades.

As required, write and execute test scripts to validate Veeva CRM.

Work as-needed with Veeva, and other eco-system system managers and technical leads to resolve issues, errors, etc.

Assist in supporting internal & external audits

 Knowledge, Experience and Skills

Demonstrates a strong understanding of the Veeva CRM and Veeva Vault technology architecture, including the inter-operability of technologies, within the areas of contract compliance.

Deep Technical and good functional working knowledge in all modules of Veeva CRM

The Support resource should have deep experience with:

Veeva CRM technical architecture and related technologies (Salesforce, Veeva)

Veeva CRM data model

Veeva Vault (PromoMats or Medcomms)

It would be useful for the candidate to also have:

Exposure to Veeva Open Data

Exposure to IMS One Key Account Data Model

Education & Experience

Typical candidates will possess:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, CS or other IT related major

• 6 or more years of experience in Veeva CRM, and contract compliance, government pricing domains

• Veeva CRM or SalesForce Certified Administrator

• Basic understanding of Veeva API (CRM & Vault) and their integration using middleware tools like informatica or Dell Boomi.
