Job title: Sr. RPA Tech Lead/Architect/Manager Location: Candidates needs to be based either in NJ/PA/NY and must be able to travel on different client locations all over US. Contract
For this role we need those resources who have recent and extensive hands on RPA development and architecture experience and they should be capable of managing multiple projects (client facing) and RPA teams at the same time. The candidate must know and understands the security and design prospects of RPA products.
Skill set required:
- RPA - Minimum 3 years experience.
- Good hands on RPA architecture and development experience.
- Must have good understanding of security prospects of RPA products.
- Must have good understanding of design prospects of RPA products.
- 7-10+ years’ experience in leading complex and transformation programs
- Experience leading and running a mix of IT/Business projects and programs
- Prior experience in leading similar programs in Process Automation.
- Exposure and experience to Process Automation tools such as Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism and UiPath will be seen as a strength. UI Path Preferred.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere, is a big plus
- This person needs to have experience working as a business PM with some technical background
- Experience running projects that interact with business efficiency/automations tools such as VBA Macros, is a plus
- Leadership skills to inspire coworkers to attain goals and pursue excellence.
Responsibilities: - Independently manages execution of multiple RPA projects, varying in size and complexity
- Lead, direct and manage local and remote resources to accomplish project objectives on time, within budget and to Supplier and Customer expectations using standard project management tools, techniques and methods. Provide direct client interface and ensure service excellence delivery
- Develop business case, business requirements, and business / third party vendor resource requirements for each requested RPA opportunity
- Liaise with Technical Directors and Lead Producers across all business units to ensure RPA alignment with their current and future requirements
- Conduct process automation review meetings and address administrative activities including but not limited to record creation, updating of statuses, etc.
- Monitor and report issues and risks, as well as their mitigation, related to RPA implementation with IT, business, and third-party vendors
- Evaluate existing RPA tools, exchange products and new third party vendors to provide recommendations to leadership regarding most feasible Resolutions
- Define and maintain governance for RPA development methodology, testing practices/standards, and adoption of all automated processes using RPA tools
- Provide input to Strategic Roadmap ensuring RPA opportunities are prioritized along with other business initiatives
- Governance of - Prioritization, RPA roadmap, and Delivery across automation projects, as well as ongoing Support and Maintenance
- Act as the ambassador for the RPA throughout the organization to promote adoption and acceptance
Identify when RPA is a viable solution to an existing opportunity and when it is not.
