Job Description:
Project Managers take full responsibility for managing a project or program. They normally manage a number of related streams or activities to achieve a desired business result, planned profitability levels, quality standards and highest-level client satisfaction. Project Managers are responsible for the project plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements for the delivery organization. A Project Manager usually has technical expertise in one or more other domains (e.g. a Project Manager with testing skills could perform a test manager function).

Required Skills and Experience:

You ensure that client needs are satisfied through the formulation, development, implementation and delivery of application solutions in response to client requirements, expressed in approved service requests. You are responsible for the overall project plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements for the delivery organization. You ensure that the project meets its deliverables in an agreed schedule, according to the scope, within stipulated budget, and to quality standards.

• Qualification: 7-10 years of experience (3 years minimum relevant experience)Bachelor's Degree
• Certification: Should have EM Level 1.
• Should be proficient in Negotiating, Vendor Management, Risk Management and Project Financials, KPI & Reporting
• Should have progressing skills Quality Management.


"Program Management Resource to assist in various programs/projects related to technology and service transitions. Provide project leadership to include ability to discuss and champion the business case for change to a business audience, and actively participate and execute high value business solutions. Can lead and execute programs using Agile methodologies. Role includes program planning and deployment, budget management, P&L management, risk management, operations transformation, systems integration, and software development. Strong problem solver. Strong communicator. Highly collaborative. Strong C-Level executive presence.

Business / functional insight Assessment
Objective: Evaluate knowledge of business processes, solutions and finance fundamentals.
• ISC
o Explain what is ISC and talk through one of the main functions (eg Manufacturing)?
• O2C, P2P
o Explain and walk through the high-level process?
• Projects / Solutions / Aftermarket Services
o Are you familiar with business as such? How does it differ to products? What SAP solutions are usually deployed to support such business?
• Finance (P&L and Balance Sheet)
o Explain the difference between main ledger and sub-ledger, what are the components of each, what importance they play during the migration / cutover?
