Job Description – Position Overview: |
We are looking for a Lead, Directory Services who will manage and support complex Identity and Access Management environment, specifically Directory and Virtual Directory infrastructure for a big organization. This individual will be responsible to work closely with Senior Executives / Technical Architects / App Owners / Developers from the client side to gather the requirements, understand business problems and provide technical solutions to address these problems. This individual would be required to play different roles per requirement, viz., - provide solution for business problems, troubleshoot production issues, implement technical solutions to address business problems or to fix production issues. Individual will work as an IAM SME representing AAA in front of clients assisting them in various stages of software lifecycle as decided by the management. |
Principal Responsibilities: - Design, development and support of Identity and Access Management solutions including provisioning/de-provisioning workflows, Directory, Virtual Directory, Analytics, Single Sign On, API Management, ETL.
- Work closely with Software Architects to propose solutions and provide strategic technical direction across the team.
- Develop and implement technical solutions to address business problems.
- Upgrade/Patching/fine tuning of current environment.
- Root cause analysis & implement various recommendation as suggested by product vendors.
- Should be responsible for production support including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management.
- Maintain service uptime & SLA as committed. Capacity planning & Redundancy management.
- Maintain security and risk controls.
- Drives and assists team members in implementing IAM solutions.
- Occasional off-hours support may be necessary to address outages, pressing system issues, or scheduled deployments.

Required Skills: - Must have over 6 years of experience with Directory Services, Authentication and Identity Management technologies.
- Advanced knowledge and experience of LDAP, Virtual Directory, including design, configuration and deployment.
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Scripting languages like Shell/Perl or other programming languages like Java.
- Knowledge of Identity & Access Management and Information Security; understanding of few of the Identity and Access Management products such as Radiant Logic Virtual Directory, Ping Directory, LDAP, Active Directory etc.
- Knowledge of sync tools like Critical path, Ping Sync Server.
- Demonstrate an understanding of Identity and Access Management business processes.
- Strong knowledge of process development and business requirements management.
- Prior experience in ticketing tool like Service Now.
- Able to identify opportunities for process improvements, manage, and execute the process improvements.
- Experience identifying, scoping, planning, executing and managing technical projects.
- Demonstrates ability to work as an individual contributor in a global team environment.
- Complete understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (Requirements Gathering, Analysis, Design, Documentation, Development, Testing, Implementation and Maintenance).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers and subject matter experts.

Desired Skills: - Prior experience in the Consulting industry
- Prior development experience in Identity and Access Management solutions preferred

Educational Qualifications & Certifications Requirement: - Bachelor's degree in information systems or equivalent work experience
- Advanced degree in information security, network security or IT security preferred
